  • How much notice do I need to give?

Generally, the day before, you need it; however, depending on your location, sometimes we can deliver on the same day.

  • What size skip bins do you have?

Our smallest skip bin is two cubic metres, and we have sizes up to 7 cubic metres.

  • What size skip bin do I need?

The bin sizes page will provide information on skip bin sizes with the dimensions to assist with your selection.

In any instance, if you are unsure of which type of skip bin you would need for waste disposal, feel free to call us and help us solve your queries. We always recommend choosing a bigger bin to contain all your waste in one go.

  • What skip bin type do I need?

This depends on what type of rubbish you are putting in the skip bin. We have the following types.

General Waste: For anything involved in a general clean up around the house that is neither liquid nor hazardous. We also don't take mattresses or tyres.

Green Waste: For leaves, tree trimmings, grass and small branches (no stumps).

Soil/Dirt: For 100% pure soil/dirt (no turf or contaminants). No other waste can be mixed in this bin (additional charges will apply if contaminated).

Concrete/Masonry: No clean concrete, bricks, rocks, or rubble can be contaminated with other rubbish.

  • How and when do I pay?

We ask for payment on delivery of the skip bin. This can be done by either credit card or over the phone through the office. We accept all major credit cards or cash-on-delivery to the driver when your bin is delivered.

  • How high can I fill the skip bin?

Skip bins should not be filled any higher than the rim and should be filled in such a manner as to prevent spillage of material while stationary or in transit. The driver will tarp the bin before he transports it. There is prosecution for unsafe or overloaded bins.

  • Will they get up my drive?

We need at least 3-metre clearance and ensure there are no low-hanging trees or power lines. If you have any concerns about location, please discuss this with the office when placing your order. We do have smaller trucks for tricky locations.

  • What can't go in the skip bin?

Hazardous waste cannot be placed in the bins. This includes asbestos, paints, solvents, liquids, food waste, tyres and mattresses.

  • How much does it cost to hire a skip bin?

It depends on the type of waste, the size of the skip you need and your requirements. For full details, please call the office number, and they will assist you.

  • How long do we keep the skip bin?

Our general hire terms are up to 7 days. However, you can keep it longer if organised, but it may incur extra charges depending on size and availability.

  • What if I am not finished with the skip bin by the pick-up day?

If unforeseen circumstances mean you have not finished the skip bin, you should contact us as soon as possible. Provided the skip bins have not been booked out on another job, we are usually flexible.

  • What suburbs do you deliver to?

Our service area is around a 44km radius of Caboolture, including North Brisbane, Moreton Bay Shire, Bribie Island, Redcliffe, Sunshine Coast, and many suburbs. If you are located outside this area, we may still be able to service you, but it may incur extra charges.
